1. Who we are and scope

crambitter.com is operated by PE crambitter.com. We provide coordination services for MICE and corporate travel, and we may facilitate communication and booking requests with hotels, venues, transport providers, and other suppliers.

These Terms apply to online requests and electronic contracts concluded with us via our website and do not replace the terms of third-party suppliers for the services they provide.

2. Required pre-contract information (Ukraine)

Before you conclude an electronic contract, we provide the required identification and pre-contract information to consumers in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" № 675-VIII (03.09.2015).

3. How requests, confirmations, and availability work

You submit a request describing your needs (dates, participants, program outline, travel requirements, and preferences). We will attempt to find suitable options through our suppliers and may ask clarifying questions.

Pricing and availability shown on the website or in offers may depend on supplier confirmation. Final availability and supplier terms are confirmed only when a supplier confirms the booking (or when we confirm the arrangement in writing/through our platform, if applicable).

We rely on supplier-provided information for schedules, capacities, restrictions, and key travel/event conditions. To the extent information is provided by suppliers, we do not independently verify every detail, but we will use reasonable efforts to communicate supplier confirmations accurately to you.

4. Pricing, fees, and taxes

Unless stated otherwise, fees charged by crambitter.com cover coordination and related services (e.g., planning support, communication, and facilitation). Third-party supplier costs (transport, accommodation, venue services, and similar items) are charged separately by the suppliers or as shown in your confirmed offer.

If VAT is applicable, it will be indicated in accordance with the relevant applicable tax rules. We are a single tax payer; VAT is optional.

5. Your obligations

You must provide accurate information required for booking and coordination. You also agree to promptly review confirmations and communicate corrections without undue delay.

For corporate trips and MICE events, you remain responsible for internal approvals and ensuring that participants comply with applicable entry, safety, and conduct rules imposed by suppliers and relevant authorities.

6. Changes, cancellations, and force majeure

If changes are requested, outcomes depend on supplier rules and availability. Supplier cancellation/change policies may apply and can limit refunds or rebooking options.

We are not liable for delays, impossibility to perform, or other impacts caused by force majeure events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including supplier shutdowns, changes in schedules, or governmental restrictions).

7. Consumer rights and dispute resolution (Ukraine)

If you are a consumer, you may have rights to information and remedies under the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" № 3153-IX (10.06.2023) and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Rights Protection" № 1023-XII (12.05.1991).

We encourage you to first contact us at contact@crambitter.com or by phone so we can address issues related to coordination and supplier confirmations.

If the issue concerns services directly provided by a third-party supplier (e.g., transport schedules, accommodation conditions, venue services), you may need to direct claims to that supplier in accordance with the supplier’s terms, while we can assist with communication where reasonable.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, crambitter.com is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business losses. Our liability related to coordination services is limited to direct documented damages where fault is proven.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable mandatory law.

9. Personal data and cookies/trackers

If our site processes personal data via cookies, analytics, advertising-related identifiers, or similar technologies, we will comply with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" № 2297-VI (01.06.2010).

Where required, we obtain lawful permission/consent and allow you to manage your preferences in accordance with applicable requirements.
